Spotted something wrong or out of date?
Email support@askbigsarge.co.uk with the offence or power and what needs changing. Corrections are checked and fixed as a priority.
Restore a purchase
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Cancel a subscription
iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Ask Big Sarge. Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Ask Big Sarge.
Refunds
Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or your Google Play order history for Android.
